Panacea LED Mask + Neck & Décolleté | Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy

This set includes the Panacea LED Mask plus a separate neck and décolleté piece. The mask has 90 quad-chip LEDs and the décolleté piece has 57. This lets you illuminate your face, neck, and upper décolleté in one session.

The wavelengths and the six light programs are the same as those of the LED Mask without décolleté. This set does have its own controller with a 5,000 mAh battery, which operates both pieces at the same time.

The mask covers your entire face, including your chin, thanks to its closed-mouth design. The décolleté piece rests on your neck and upper chest and measures 49.2 x 14.9 cm.

Together, they cover the areas you notice first in the mirror. If you also want to treat your arms, shoulders, or back, a red light panel is a better choice.

A face mask is 3D-shaped to the contours of your face, with openings for your eyes and nose. As a result, it doesn’t fit your neck and chest properly, so the light reaches your skin there less evenly.

The décolleté piece is designed specifically for those areas. It’s made from the same soft, medical-grade silicone and conforms to the shape of your neck and chest. This lets you treat your face and décolleté in one session without having to reposition it.

No, there isn’t a separate neck and décolletage piece for the current mask. It works with the controller in this set, which controls the mask and décolletage piece at the same time, so if you want to treat both areas, choose this set.

No. The décolleté piece is separate and flexible, so you can also place it somewhere else, such as on your knee or arm, or turn it around and place it on your neck. This lets you treat another area with light while the mask is on your face. For the set to work, always connect both cables to the controller.

First, put on the mask and adjust the strap so it fits securely and comfortably. Then place the décolleté piece on your neck and upper chest, and connect both pieces to the controller.

The décolleté piece should rest comfortably and must not feel tight. If it feels tight around your neck, position it slightly lower and loosen the fastening a little. A tighter fit does not produce better results. You can sit or recline during the session, and because the controller is battery-powered, you’re not tied to a power outlet.

On the controller, set a timer for 10, 15, or 20 minutes and choose a light intensity of 50, 75, or 100%. The set switches off automatically when the timer ends.

Use the set daily for the first 4 weeks, then 3 to 4 times a week. Start with the Anti-Aging program at 50%, increase to 75% in the second week, and then to 100%. Consistency works better than an occasional long session.

You choose one program on the controller, and it applies to both your face and décolleté. Most customers choose Anti-Aging (633 nm red with 850 and 1072 nm near-infrared), targeting firmness and skin texture.

• Skin Quality (590 + 633 nm): for an even complexion if your skin looks dull or blotchy.

You don't need to set anything else: the program turns on the right wavelengths automatically.

Use the mask and décolleté attachment on clean, dry skin without cream, serum, or makeup. Products can create a layer between the light and your skin. So apply your skincare only after the session, and ideally avoid using an overly rich cream.

Are you using skin medication or active ingredients such as retinol and unsure how to combine them? Ask your dermatologist or healthcare provider for advice.

This varies from person to person and from one skin type to another. Light therapy works gradually, so use it regularly for at least a few weeks before forming an opinion. The skin on your neck and décolleté has often been exposed to years of sun and movement: don’t expect to see a difference after just a handful of sessions.

Take a photo of your neck and décolleté when you start, then take another every few weeks using the same lighting and pose. This makes it easier to see whether anything is changing. With a 180-day trial period, you have plenty of time to assess the results at your own pace.

Your thyroid is at the front of your neck, right where the décolleté piece sits. There isn’t enough research yet to give general advice about this for everyone.

Do you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or are you under a doctor’s care? Consult your doctor first before using the décolleté piece. You can also use the mask without the décolleté piece.

Red light is generally well tolerated, but the use of LED devices has not been specifically studied in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Therefore, always consult your doctor or midwife first, especially before using the décolleté piece, which sits on your neck and chest.

You don't need to worry about that. You simply look through the mask's eye openings, or close your eyes if you find that more comfortable. Many people find the light bright and prefer to keep their eyes closed. Around your eyes are 12 LEDs with 1072 nm near-infrared light for the thin skin in that area.

If you have sensitive skin, it’s best to start slowly: choose the lowest intensity (50%) and a short session, and see how your skin responds. A slight feeling of warmth during or shortly after the session is normal and fades quickly. The set should never feel hot. If it does, stop and contact us.

Do you have a skin condition, develop dark spots easily, or take medication that makes your skin more sensitive to light (such as certain antibiotics or skin medications)? Check with your doctor, pharmacist, or dermatologist first.

You only charge the controller, as it contains the 5,000 mAh battery. The mask and décolleté piece do not have their own batteries.

The box includes a USB-C cable but no plug, so use a standard 5V, 2A USB plug in the wall outlet; the battery will then be fully charged in about 3 hours. A full charge gives you about 6 to 7 sessions. The controller won’t turn on while it’s connected to the charger, so unplug it, press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds, and then connect both cables.

Connect both the mask and the décolleté piece to the same controller. Use the display to select the program, intensity, and timer; the settings apply to both pieces at the same time.

This set has a different controller than the LED Mask without décolleté. If you’ve lost your controller or it’s defective, order the controller for the LED Mask + Neck & Décolleté. You can find a replacement strap or cable among the accessories for the LED mask.

Clean both parts before each session. Wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let them air-dry. Do not use harsh cleaning products or immerse them in water.

After use, store the set in the included storage pouch to keep the silicone clean and dust-free.
