Light intensity (irradiance) ATP Pro 1500
Measured by Panacea using an Everfine handheld spectroradiometer (measurement range 380 to 1050 nm), at the center of the panel, at five distances and in three modes. The report includes a photo of the display for each measurement. No values were added or extrapolated.
| Mode | Contact | 7.5 cm | 15 cm | 20 cm | 30 cm |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| All wavelengths on | 118,9 | 92,8 | 83.1 (average of 78.5 and 87.6) | 47,2 | 68,5 |
| Red only (590, 630, 660 nm) | 289,6 | 138,7 | 67,4 | 45,0 | 36,6 |
| Near-infrared only (810, 850, 940, 1060, 1072 nm) | 267,3 | 146,8 | 74,6 | 20,4 | 30,5 |
All values in mW/cm². At 15 cm, the usual treatment distance, with all wavelengths on, you get a dose of 10 J/cm² in about 2 minutes and 20 J/cm² in about 4 minutes. The 1060 and 1072 nm wavelengths are outside the meter's range and are not included in the measured values; the actual total irradiance is therefore likely to be slightly higher rather than lower. The measurements at 20 and 30 cm were taken manually and are less regular; refer to the report for distances above 15 cm.
Spectral irradiance measurement report ATP Pro 1500
Report IRR-ATP1500, revision 2.0, October 2026. In-house measurements by Panacea, 16 measurement points with display photos. Also available in English.
Electromagnetic fields (EMF) of ATP Pro panels
Measured by Panacea using a TriField TF2 broadband EMF meter (40 Hz to 100 kHz for electric and magnetic fields, 20 MHz to 6 GHz for radio frequency), on two ATP Pro panels at maximum power (red and near-infrared at 100%), directly in front of the LED surface, plugged into a grounded outlet.
| Quantity | Measured | European reference level | Percentage of the reference level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Electric field | 44 to 55 V/m | 5,000 V/m | approximately 1% |
| Magnetic field | 1.0 to 1.3 mG (0.10 to 0.13 µT) | 1,000 mG (100 µT) | less than 0.2% |
| Radio frequency | 0.054 to 0.070 mW/m² | 2,000 to 10,000 mW/m² | less than 0.02% |
Reference levels for the general public according to Recommendation 1999/519/EC and ICNIRP. The electric field is comparable to that of common household appliances at a distance of 30 cm; the magnetic field is at the background level of a home. Without grounding, the electric field was about twice as high (89 to 106 V/m), still well below the reference level. Therefore, use the panel with a grounded outlet.
EMF measurement report for ATP Pro panels
EMF report-2026-001, version 1.0, September 2026. In-house measurement by Panacea with display photos for each measurement point. Also available in English.
Two meters, two readings
Spectroradiometer, our reading. Splits the light by wavelength and only adds up what actually comes out. This is the method used by laboratories and the figure you can compare with any other lab report. ATP Pro 1500, center of the panel, 15 cm, all wavelengths on.
Solar meter, for comparison. A solar meter is designed for sunlight and reads the narrow peaks of red and near-infrared LEDs too high. Most figures of 150 to 250 mW/cm² on this market come from such a meter. If you see a figure like this from another brand, don't compare it with a spectrometer reading.
ATP Pure series (300, 700, and 1500)
Four wavelengths and four-button controls. The same safety and certification requirements as the ATP Pro.
Certifications
The ATP Pure panels were tested in September 2026 by Shenzhen ZKT Technology Co., Ltd. ATP Pure is also our own design: the reports are issued in the name of Advanced Health Solutions B.V. as applicant and manufacturer and apply to the ATP Pure 1500, 700, and 300. Each test report is accompanied by a certificate.

ATP Pure light intensity
The light intensity listed on the Pure series product pages was measured at our factory using a solar meter (TES 1333) and a spectrometer (HA350FRW), at the center of the panel. We always list both values so you can make a fair comparison.
| Distance | Solar meter | Spectrometer |
|---|---|---|
| 7.5 cm | 202 mW/cm² | 104 mW/cm² |
| 15 cm | 170 mW/cm² | 92 mW/cm² |
Values as measured at our factory on the ATP Pure 700. Once the first panels are in the Netherlands, we will measure them ourselves with our spectroradiometer and publish the report here.
LED Mask and Neck & Décolleté
CE-, FCC- and RoHS-certified. Light output for each program and electromagnetic fields at maximum intensity, measured where the light reaches the skin.
A measurement report is available for the Panacea LED Mask with the neck and décolleté section, showing the light output for each program and the electromagnetic fields in all six programs at maximum intensity. The light measurement was performed at our factory using a Hopoocolor OHSP-350IRS spectral irradiance meter (the blue program with an HP350 spectrometer), with the sensor against the LED surface on the inside of the mask. The EMF measurement was performed by Panacea using a TriField TF2, with the meter against the inside of the mask.
| Program | Wavelengths (nm) | Irradiance at 100% (mW/cm²) | Weighted magnetic field (mG) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collagen Boost | 633 | 33,9 | 15,5 |
| Skin Quality | 590 + 633 | 33,7 | 13,7 |
| Anti-Aging | 633 + 850/1072 | 37,1 | 15,1 |
| Total Care | 590 + 633 + 850/1072 | 36,3 | 15,9 |
| Anti-Acne | 415 | 18,9 | 7,6 |
| Redness Relief | 590 | 6,6 | 5,5 |
The décolleté piece delivered 41.1 to 43.8 mW/cm², with a greater proportion of near-infrared. The mask runs on the controller's battery and has no connection to mains power during use. Even after frequency weighting, all EMF values are around 2% or less of the European reference levels.

What the standards mean
CE-LVD (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU). Electrical safety: the device's construction, insulation and heat generation are safe when used at 100 to 240 volts. The panels were tested according to EN 60598-2-4 and EN IEC 60598-1, the standards for luminaires.
CE-EMC (EMC Directive 2014/30/EU). Electromagnetic compatibility: the device does not interfere with other devices and is itself resistant to external interference. Tested according to EN IEC 55015, EN IEC 61547 and the EN 61000 series. Note: EMC concerns interference between devices, while EMF concerns your body's exposure to fields. We have a separate EMF measurement report for that.
FCC Part 15 B. The US requirement for radio interference from electronic devices.
RoHS (2011/65/EU). Restriction of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium and certain plasticizers in electronics.
Irradiance (mW/cm²). The amount of light power falling on the skin per square centimeter. Together with the exposure time, this determines the dose in J/cm² (irradiance x seconds, divided by 1000).
Frequently asked questions
Are Panacea panels CE-certified?
Yes. Both the ATP Pro series (350, 700 and 1500) and the ATP Pure series (300, 700 and 1500) have been tested under the Low Voltage Directive (CE-LVD) and the EMC Directive (CE-EMC), as well as for FCC and RoHS. All reports are above and available to download free of charge.
Are the certificates issued in the name of Panacea?
Yes. Advanced Health Solutions B.V., the company behind Panacea Light Therapy, is listed in the ZKT reports as both the applicant and the manufacturer. These are therefore not supplier documents.
Who performed the measurements?
That information is listed with each document. The CE, FCC, and RoHS tests were performed by an independent laboratory (Shenzhen ZKT Technology). The light measurement of the ATP Pro 1500 and the EMF measurements were performed in-house by Panacea, with display photos for each measurement point. The light measurements of the LED Mask and the ATP Pure series were performed at our factory.
Why are there two different numbers for light intensity?
Because there are two types of meters. A solar meter is designed for sunlight and reads LED light 2 to 3 times too high. A spectroradiometer measures the actual output at each wavelength. For the ATP Pro, we publish spectroradiometer readings; for the Pure series, we show both, so you can compare them with brands that only state a solar meter reading.
Are the panels EMF-free?
No mains-powered device is entirely free of EMF. We measure with a broadband meter and publish the actual values: at maximum power, the electric field from the ATP Pro panels is about 1% of the European reference level, and the magnetic field is less than 0.2%. Use the panel with a grounded outlet; this halves the electric field.
