About the sets
What’s included in a set?
One or two panels, the horizontal mobile stand, and for the Combo and Duo, the connector. Safety glasses, remote control, and user manual are always included.
Pure or Pro set?
The sets are available in both series. Pure is simple and more affordable (4 wavelengths, four buttons); Pro has 8 wavelengths, a touchscreen, dimming, and pulsing. The stand is the same for both.
Does the standaard fit every panel?
The horizontal stand is suitable for the 700 and 1500, in both the Pure and Pro series. It has space for two panels and can be used in landscape or portrait orientation.
Is the standaard easy to assemble?
Yes, without tools in just a few minutes. You can secure the connector in two minutes. Then roll the whole setup wherever you want it.
Can I buy an additional panel later?
Yes. If you start with an Essential or Complete set, you can later buy a second panel and the connector separately and have the same setup as the Combo or Duo.
Use and safety
How often and for how long should I use a panel?
Most people start with 10 to 15 minutes per area, 3 to 5 times a week, at a distance of 15 to 30 cm. Increase gradually and listen to your body. The manual includes a schedule for each goal.
Do I need to wear eye protection?
A protective pair of glasses is included with every panel. Never look directly at the light, and wear the glasses when treating your face.
What if you don't like it?
You have 180 days to try the panel at home. Not satisfied? Send it back and you’ll get your money back. You also get a 3-year warranty.
