Wavelengths and intensity
The ATP Pro panels cover the full spectrum from 590 to 1072 nm, with up to 8 wavelengths in dual-chip LEDs. Red light (590–660 nm) primarily works on the skin; near-infrared light (810–1072 nm) penetrates deeper to the muscles and joints.

What is the difference between a red light panel and a lamp or torch?
A panel delivers light across a large surface area for large areas or full-body treatment; a torch or belt is more targeted and portable.
How far should I sit from the panel?
Generally 15–30 cm away, for 10–20 minutes per area. Follow the instructions.
Which panel do I need for full-body treatment?
The ATP Pro 1500 or the Duo Set (two panels); the 350 and 700 are intended for smaller areas.
What do 660 nm and 850 nm mean?
660 nm is visible red light (primarily for the skin); 850 nm is near-infrared light (deeper, targeting muscles and joints). The ATP Pro combines both and more.
