The TheraFlex Red Light Therapy Belt Wireless is our cable-free red light therapy belt. It has 120 3-chip LEDs with 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light, plus a 6000 mAh battery that lasts up to 1.5 hours. The controller attaches magnetically, so you can simply keep moving during your session.

When should you choose the wireless version? If you want to use the belt at home and on the go, or do not want to be tied to a power outlet. If you want more power and a session that lasts as long as you like, the wired TheraFlex is more convenient: it runs on mains power.

Red light therapy and near-infrared in one belt

Red light (660 nm)

Works in the upper layers of the skin. This is the light you use for skincare.

Near-infrared (NIR, 850 nm)

Penetrates deeper, reaching the muscles and joints. You use this for relaxation of the back, neck, and shoulders, for stiff muscles, and for muscle recovery: the natural recovery process after exercise.

You can choose from three modes: red and near-infrared together, red only, or near-infrared only.

Use

Wrap the belt around you, attach the controller magnetically, and set the mode, brightness, and timer. Your settings are shown on the display. We recommend 10 to 20 minutes per area, 3 to 5 times per week. Place the belt on bare skin, as clothing blocks a large portion of the light.

Where to wear the belt

Back, shoulders, neck, knees, abdomen, thighs, and joints. The adjustable elastic keeps the belt in place, and the fabric is skin-friendly. Weighing 300 g and measuring 45 by 20.5 cm, it is just as easy to wrap around a knee as around your lower back.

Light intensity and EMF

The belt delivers 143 mW/cm². We measure this at contact distance because the belt lies directly on the skin, rather than at 15 cm as with a panel.
