The TheraFlex Red Light Therapy Wired Belt is the version with a cable. Its 120 3-chip LEDs combine 660 nm red light with 850 nm near-infrared, and because the belt sits directly on your skin, we measure 219 mW/cm² at contact distance. That is approximately 50 percent more power than the wireless TheraFlex.

When should you choose the wired belt? If you want to have longer sessions and do not mind a cable. The belt connects to a 12V wall adapter or USB, so there is no battery that runs out halfway through. If you want to be able to walk around freely during your session, the wireless TheraFlex is more convenient.

Red light and near-infrared in one belt

Red light (660 nm)

Works in the upper layers of the skin. This is the light for your skincare: skin texture and collagen.

Near-infrared (NIR, 850 nm)

Penetrates deeper, into muscles and joints. You use this for relaxation for your back, neck, and shoulders, for stiff muscles, and for muscle recovery and natural recovery after exercise.

Modes and settings

You choose the mode yourself: red plus near-infrared together, red only, or near-infrared only. Set the timer, brightness, and frequency on the display of the wired controller.

Breathing mode

In this mode, the light gradually brightens and dims in a calm rhythm. It is pleasant if you want to sit still and relax during the session.

Use
