But beware: our products are completely unique because they are designed by ourselves and are the result of years of cooperation with renowned, large factories. This cooperation allows us to work exclusively with partners who have the best equipment and who take excellent care of their staff. For example, the employees have fixed working hours, free weekends and holidays, and do not work in the evenings.

In addition, the quality of our LED panels and other products guarantees top performance. We only use high-end LEDs that are known for their high efficiency, consistent performance and long lifespan. The materials used, such as sturdy steel housings and high-quality plastics, ensure optimum heat dissipation and robust protection against daily wear and tear.

The electronic components, such as the drivers, are also of exceptional quality. These drivers are precisely tuned to ensure a stable and efficient power supply, ensuring the LEDs always perform at their best. This not only results in a more effective treatment, but also contributes to the safety and reliability of all our products.

We have been working closely with these leading factories for many years, maintaining regular personal contact. This ensures that we are not only always up to date with the latest technological developments, but also that we are certain that our production processes meet the highest standards. Thanks to this collaboration, we can keep costs low; otherwise the panels would be four to five times more expensive. This enables us to offer our customers high-quality products for a fair price.

Warranty, Return Policy and Certificates

Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. That is why we offer a 3-year warranty on our panels and a 2-year warranty on all our other products with a 60-day return period. In addition, all our products carry the CE, RoHS and FCC quality mark, certificates that we mention on our own brand, Panacea Light Therapy. This is a unique feature that is not used by most other brands in Europe. In this way, we guarantee that each product is not only designed according to our own insights, but also meets the highest quality standards.
