Fits into your day, powerful enough to really work
The ATP Pure comes in three sizes. The Pure 300 fits on your desk or nightstand, while the Pure 700 and Pure 1500 go on the foldable stand or hang on a door. There’s nothing to assemble. A session takes 10 to 20 minutes: while having your first coffee, reading your email, or just before going to sleep. This makes red light therapy a habit rather than a project.
No inflated numbers
Irradiance is the amount of light that reaches your skin, expressed in mW/cm². It determines how quickly you reach an effective dose. Many brands only mention the highest number they can find. We measure the ATP Pure at a distance of 15 cm using two instruments and show both readings:
Solarmeter: 170 mW/cm²
Spectrometer: 92 mW/cm²
The Solarmeter is the standard for comparing panels. The spectrometer measures each wavelength and is more stringent. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting.
ATP Pure or ATP Pro?
Both panels use dual-chip 5 W LEDs, come with a 3-year warranty, and include a 180-day trial period. The difference is how much you want to customize yourself.

1. What is the difference between the ATP Pure and the ATP Pro?
The ATP Pure has the four most researched wavelengths (630, 660, 810, and 850 nm), a fixed intensity, and two-button controls plus a timer. The ATP Pro has seven wavelengths, a touchscreen, adjustable brightness, and a pulsing function. Just want effective red light therapy without settings? Choose the Pure. Want to control everything yourself? Choose the Pro.
2. How long and how often should I use the panel?
Treat each area for 10 to 30 minutes, 3 to 6 times per week, at a distance of 7 to 20 cm. Consistency is more important than long sessions. Twice a day is fine, with at least 4 hours between sessions.
3. Why do some LEDs appear not to be lit?
The near-infrared chips (810 and 850 nm) are almost invisible to the human eye. They may look dim or switched off, but they are active and penetrate the deepest. This is normal.
4. Should I wear protective glasses?
Do not look directly at the LEDs. Wear the included protective glasses or keep your eyes closed during the session, especially when using it on your face.
5. When will I notice results?
This varies by goal and person. Many people notice a difference in muscle recovery and comfort within 3 to 4 weeks. Effects on skin, energy, and sleep quality generally require 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use.
