Return Policy & Warranties
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At Panacea, you can easily return or exchange a product if you change your mind.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.
Note:
- If you do not have proof of purchase, you can exchange the product for a new one or receive store credit.
- We offer a reduced return value if the product is returned in a non-original condition.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for a change of mind if the product has been opened.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a new product is to return your current product and place a new order at the same time. Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
WARRANTY POLICY
All Panacea products come with a 2-year warranty.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser if the item was bought directly from www.panacearedlight.com or from an authorized reseller and is non-transferable. The warranty period begins on the delivery date of the original purchased device.
The ATP Pro series comes with a 3-year warranty.
What does this warranty cover? The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Panacea Light Therapy will replace any products that show defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance at no cost.
What will we do to resolve issues? Panacea will replace the products free of charge. For the first 180 days, Panacea will cover all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and associated insurance during transport to Panacea Light Therapy. Keep the tracking information as proof of delivery to us.
What does the warranty not cover? The warranty does not cover problems caused by damage due to negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; it does not cover theft or loss of the product.
What do you need to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at info@panacearedlight.com or via WhatsApp at +31630972659 to determine the issue and the most appropriate solution for you. You may be asked to provide proof of any defects, so be sure to keep photos and videos of alleged defects.
The warranty period begins on the delivery date of the original purchased device.
